Imagine the mirror in your bathroom is a smart mirror. Every morning you probably wake up and stand in front of that mirror it wishes you for the day. Imagine while you go through your morning routine you can look at your mirror and see a traffic report, weather forecast for the day, and your day’s schedule. Being able to take in all of this useful information without interrupting your normal routine is very liberating. You can customise your mirror to display anything you find useful. Want a news feed for specific topics? Easy. Want to see stock price movements? Done. Want a daily quote to inspire you every morning to go for that run? You got it. It’s possible to even add voice commands using Amazon’s Alexa or Google’s Home Assistant. With voice commands you can ask your mirror questions, set reminders, or control other smart devices in your home. Must have product for the upcoming hotels to let the guest have a great start.

We have noticed a very new and unique utilisation of lights in product design and it’s play. Designers are really going all out with light inclusions in some furniture pieces like wardrobes, beds, tables, work desks, inclusions in wall, wall panelling and even embracing in floors. Our goal is to always encourage experimentation and really put our expertise at its best use. From designing a hair salon to designing an operation theatre in a hospital, task centric light and ambient light, both have an equally important role to play and with untied hands towards exploring newer possibilities one can achieve exactly the right mood and the right light to make sure the work in hand goes smoothly. Hence we have recently branched out to assisting in designing products and furniture and making it smart!
Most optimised music experience!
When you go to your nearby film, have you seen the speakers they use? No, presumably not, on the grounds that proficient venues for the most part utilise architectural speakers—speakers incorporated into the walls and roof. very difficult to detect, especially if it occurs in cabinets or hidden spaces. Powered by advanced
sensor technologies and next-gen wireless connectivity, smart water leak detectors can catch water
damage that you can’t see or hear. By installing them in high-risk areas throughout the property,
building operators can receive alerts upon the very first sign of a leak allowing them to take
remedial action.

Cooling spaces at a budget!
For smaller scaled projects or individual room demands, we always opt for smaller air conditioning unit. They prove to be much more efficient, cost reducing and easy to manage as well. Air-conditioning system design is governed by either thermal comfort condition or special requirement for material or processes. We can’t emphasise enough the importance of thinking about air conditioning system design early in the planning stages of the renovation or build project. We carry out a detailed site survey and study the basic layout plans to understand the space. Then we calculate the required heating and/or cooling load to identify which unit will be the most suitable in the space and the required capacity of the unit. We discuss the options and make recommendations based on the design and requirement followed by identifying the optimum positions for the units. This process makes it easier for the installer as well as the client and is never a hurdle in the desired aesthetics planned by the architect/designer.

The idea of having smart locks is quite a necessity today and pretty much comes as a requirement on
all our projects. The fun challenges that have cropped up include operating shop locks from the
shopkeeper’s residence and giving access to a selected staff, designing special doors for the help
in houses which can be operated from the elderly couple’s bedside. Controlling office doors, home
doors from miles away, without lags and full security is a dream come true.
