Stages

As we do architecture projects from scratch also, we have realised that the need of getting a technical assistance to support the designs as soon as possible is essential. While the ideal time to get us on board is at the ideation stage as we might bring in changes to the basic layouts and also to the core structure of the building.
Though if missed the opportunity there is still time to salvage the dreams. While in construction stage or interior stage we are restricted to the amendments we would like to propose, we can still propose retro fitting methods or different products and systems and achieve what is desired.
Renovation and rental stages are looked at absolutely differently by our team. These projects are usually bound by less changes to the core of the building and hence planned accordingly.

Ideation
Individual

We would personally call this the most idealistic stage to get us on board. When the dream project is not even on papers or in the process of it. The kind of proposals we can whip with the architecture team at this point is the creamiest. We can design dumbwaiters, hidden wine cellars, concealed entertainment system, file transfer system, and even the safest hard to locate lockers at this stage. The simplest thing we can promise is that no corner in the campus/ building will be without a healthy internet connection which won’t look ugly nor be heavy on the pockets! Involving us at this stage not only broadens the horizon of the scope of work but also reduces the ultimate cost and makes thing more efficient and aesthetically pleasing.

Construction

While the building is under construction i.e. the electrical, plumbing layouts are yet to be executed on the site is a good stage to appoint us. At this point we can ease out the electrical plan to bare minimum, device out a channel for the switchboards, only leave the essentials on the site. Of course the security system, entertainment system, lighting system will be defined to its full efficiency and we’ll bring out the best with the already constructed brick and mortar is our promise. With a few tweaks to the design a few changes on the site the project will jump back to it’s glory of being the ultimate intelligent building one has ever encountered.

Quite a major chunk of our clients are interior designers and we have realised that most users only perceive the project fully when it’s well plastered and the flooring shines bright like a diamond. Thankfully majority of the companies work on a lot of retro fitting options which also promotes us to put it to best use while not hampering the main structure. A small tweak here and a small tweak there and we are good to go for a smart building. Of course it’s hard to achieve the smartest building at this point as we are left with very less to explore but, nevertheless we can still turn it into an unparalleled experience over the conventional setup of how things were perceived before.

Renovation

We would say better late than never if you are at this point. Whether it’s a newly purchased structure which needs revival or finally the users are bored, ready for a change and excited to make their life even simpler yet exciting than before, we’ve got you all covered. We can design the best layouts and use the right products, which will keep the renovation cost less and bring out the best from the built. A few structural changes, some retro fitting of devices and products and the final twirl of our magic wand is what you need. Salvaging what exists and birthing a totally different experience is what we call renovation done right, and we are ready to do it right!
