Make Spaces more Secure

Discover a smarter way to make your home, campus, office, building safe! We rank security top most in life, over and above any ease or bling. Roughly we look at securing a place in two ways. First section covers prevention of a crime or accident and maintenance of privacy. The second section covers during and post accident. Hence, we aim at prevention and impact control, both. We design an efficient surveillance layout where no one can steal your video recorder. We design to prevent fire outbreaks and help calm it down seamlessly. We make management easy and omit chances of petty thefts from visitors. All of this is super easy to achieve and super handy at your fingertips!

Alarming Others!
example 1

Someone very wise said, prevention is better than cure! Our first goal towards a good security system is to prevent a calamity, theft or an accident. Hence we suggest sirens and alarms on all projects, big or small. The trigger to these alarm could be a bedside switch, guard room switch, motion at odd hours or force at door locks. Along with the architects and designers of the project we aim to bring the most efficient and convenient system. We bring options to the design and provide provisions based on the demand. These sirens could be alarming the user on their phone, around the whole house and even the entire neighbourhood. Ideal for elders, kids, shop owners, community guards, bankers and even urban spaces.

Privacy at your fingertips!

These on and off privacy glass are a solution to so many problems we as designers have faced in our projects over the years. One of the main advantages of this feature is that it eliminates the need for blinds, shades or window treatments. It can be used to the glass enclosure of a conference room, hence keeping meeting private and open otherwise. It can protect one’s privacy in bathrooms and hence opens endless design opportunities to creating a hotel room overlooking the bathroom. They can be applied in hospitals, e.g., windows of infants' room and intensive care units. The best part is that they can be operated through a remote control or a phone, making it easy to use on a daily. Our favourite way is to trigger this glass by the closing and opening of a door.

The idea of having smart locks is quite a necessity today and pretty much comes as a requirement on all our projects. The fun challenges that have cropped up include operating shop locks from the shopkeeper’s residence and giving access to a selected staff, designing special doors for the help in houses which can be operated from the elderly couple’s bedside. Controlling office doors, home doors from miles away, without lags and full security is a dream come true. The hospitality industry loves to experiment with the type of locks they go for their hotel doors. With the keyless/ card-less entry to hotel rooms exploring the city is tension and hassle free. Plus check in process works smooth like a butter; without a hassle.

Sense it before it occurs!

Kitchens, along with bathrooms, are among the most hazardous of all rooms in the home. Spilled liquids, grease, falls and fires are just some of the safety issues that have to be considered when planning any kitchen projects. A safer Kitchen is a smart Kitchen.
In multi-story buildings and large-scale industrial facilities, early-stage water leakage can be very difficult to detect, especially if it occurs in cabinets or hidden spaces. Powered by advanced sensor technologies and next-gen wireless connectivity, smart water leak detectors can catch water damage that you can’t see or hear. By installing them in high-risk areas throughout the property, building operators can receive alerts upon the very first sign of a leak allowing them to take remedial action.
Fire Alarm System is designed to alert us to an emergency so that we can take action to protect ourselves, staff and the general public. Multiple options are there fo detection like, heat detectors, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, multi-sensor detectors and Manual Call Points.

A successful camera system layout is the most essential in a secure place. Gone are the days when the cctv guys came months later after the constructed building is put to use and we have a poor show of wires everywhere or wi-fi cameras with poor connectivity which only burn a whole in the pocket. We design an efficient surveillance layout using minimum cameras or mics, maximising coverage and not loosing on the beautiful looks of a place. Placing cameras is not as simple as it sounds, it’s an art and integral part of a good design in todays world. We make sure we satisfy the users, give them a comfortable space to monitor, design control rooms if needed and of course take it all on the phones if required. Lighting is a big challenge in getting high quality footage and we promise to put the cameras to their capacity and keep spaces safe.

Knock knock, who’s there?

“Knock knock, who’s there?”, “It’s the Amazon delivery guy, parcel sir!”, “We are away, please leave the package at the neighbours, thank you!”
Yes as simple as that, from anywhere in the world. Not only are we limited to that though. Any room in the campus can pick up the call from the door or gate. Doorbells with audio or audio video both have made life so much simpler, safer and efficient. No forced entries anymore in your apartment. Office spaces can monitor attendance, arrival timings and regulate rules for it with much ease and simplicity. We can design the doorbell to function your door locks making the whole experience even more vivid. Control it through your phone now, let people in from the comfort of your bed or let the employees have their own keys and let themselves in and out at their convenience but with fully regulated controls and management.
